SST/504 /IEP Meetings& Other Services

  • Explanation of Procedural Safeguards (Parent Rights)

  • Explanation of SPED Timelines

  • Review, interpretation, and explanation of school records and reports

  • School/Classroom observations (case by case basis)

  •  Review private and/or school Assessment Reports (can do review of assessments as a standalone service)

  • Recommend accommodations/modifications, supports and related services (such as speech-language Instruction, occupational therapy, adapted PE, Low incidence services, Assistive Technology etc.) based on the individual needs of the child;

  • Provide information on Extended School Year (ESY).

  • Revise and/or write recommended IEP (Individual Education Goal) for your student/child. Thoroughly review IEP/ 504 for compliance

  • Propose goals, review supportive evidence and materials.

  • Will draft letters and written requests to schools

  • Will draft complaints to the State Department of Education
